Nikita, the director of this film, and Volha have been maintaining a dysfunctional relationship for the past 8 years. In the movie, they play the fictional Nikita and Volha, who have just met. Can anything be started anew at the end of this story? The actors' impromptu conversation becomes a reason not only to analyse the history of their rebooted relationship, but also to understand their place in the history of Belarus. Nikita Lavretski, one of the leading voices of new Belarusian cinema, comes back with this bittersweet reflection on his country masterfully shot in one take by Yulia Shatun. The movie won this year's "Best International Competition Film" award at the Doclisboa film festival in Lisbon.
