The musician, the restorateur and film director - Jan Vardøen has broken into cinema industry just recently and now presents his 3rd movie. Each of his films is a comedy and drama, irony that goes past through life’s struggles, laughter and tears. In ‘House of Norway’ Jan addresses the painful refugee crisis in Europe. But does this in his own way. His Iranian refugee finds himself in Norway, which appears to be a pretty strange place for those who haven’t been growing up under the Northern Lights.
