Description
Together with Current Time TV channel, the Northern Lights Film Festival is holding a pitch for Belarussian film projects. We are considering emotional stories about living in Belarus at every stage of production from the very idea to a finished stuff. Participation in the pitch allows Belarusian film directors to present their projects and get professional advice. The best stories will be put on screen on the Current Time TV channel.

Alina Rudnitskaya. Film director and a creative producer of the documentary film department of the television channel “Current Time"
Alina Rudnitskaya is film director and producer working with documentaries since 2002. She is the laureate of Grand Prix and special prize of Artdocfest, the Russian National Prize "Laurel branch" and the Russian Film Critics' Award "White Elephant". Her work has been shown in many countries around the world and won numerous prizes at festivals in Leipzig, Madrid, Toronto, Zagreb, Berlin, Belgrade, Moscow and St. Petersburg. At the moment Alina is living in Prague and works as a creative producer of the documentary film department of the television channel “Current Time.” Alina has been a Jury member of IDFA, Warsaw and Moscow Film festivals.
Natalia Arshavskaya. Commissioning Editor of the television channel "Current Time"
Natalia Arshavskaya was invited to join Current Time TV in August 2016. Arshavskaya oversees acquisition of the best international documentaries for the Realnoye Kino (Real Cinema) strand of Current Time TV, which aims to make the world of documentaries more familiar to Russian-speaking audiences. Since 2017 Natalia is also a Commissioning Editor of the channel with 14 films commissioned so far. Among them multi-award winning Putin’s Witnesses and Gorbatchev. Heaven by Vitaly Manski and State Funeral by Sergei Loznitsa, films by prominent first- and second-time filmmakers such as Alisa Kovalenko’s Home Games, Heat Singers by Nadia Parfan and Earth is Blue as an Orange by Iryna Tsilyk.
