Description

On April 22 at 13:00, “Bon Voyage” music band (art-director Olga Peregud) will perform a concert-lecture "Towards the Northern Lights" in the Art-Belarus Gallery. What’s common between the famous 19th century Norwegian composer Ole Bull and the winner of Eurovision-2009 Alexander Rybak? What is Iceland famous for, besides geysers and football? Why Finnish would dance tango? What Edvard Grieg was concerned about? And what kind of music was played at Danish weddings in good old days?

If you are excited to learn the answers to all these questions, you are welcomed to our concert-lecture "Towards the Northern Lights". The lecture will be delivered by Olga Peregud – the art-director of “Bon Voyage” music band, Belarusian State Academy of Arts graduate, and jury panel member at various international music festivals.

“Bon Voyage” will perform melodic, rhythmic, romantic, mysterious music from Northern Europe and the Baltic states.
