Northern Lights Film Festival is kicking off its first documentary side-program Northern Lights Sport Doc. With the Sport Doc program, we are launching a series of post-festival screenings of films that we couldn't showcase during the main program of the "Northern Lights" festival in April.
Northern Lights Sport Doc is centered on 3 extraordinary documentaries about sports. True stories of Icelandic Football Miracle, Swedish-Somalia bandy team which has learned to skate right before the tournament and boxing that rescues the life will be screened from 15 to 17 of December in Mir cinema.
The screenings are held with the support of Nordic Council of Ministers.
