23-year-old cartoonist Rakel discovers her unplanned pregnancy when it is already too late to have an abortion. The girl describes herself as a "selfish, shitty person", draws comics "for herself", and prefers promiscuous sex, partying, and soft drugs to motherhood. "It's a freaking sneaky ninjababy who thinks it can chill there for nine months and then sneak out," she says grumpily. In a short time, Rakel will be forced to come to an agreement with herself, the infantile father of a child nicknamed Dick Jesus, and thereby Ninjababy. He appears in the form of a painted little thug who lets out sarcastic jokes in the voice of Herman Tømmeraas, Chris from the 'SKAM' series. The funny, insightful, and unsentimental tragicomedy based on the comic book by Inga H. Sætre 'Fallteknikk' won The Audience Award at SXSW-2021.
