Jakko is a cinephile. He adores the early John Carpenter movies, refers to his feet as Rocky and Rambo, and hates "Titanic", despite never having seen it. Due to multiple sclerosis, Jakko is also blind and paralyzed below the waist. His long and lonely days are punctuated by reminders to take medication from his voice assistant, embarrassing calls from his father, and endless phone conversations with cancer patient Sirpa, whom Jakko met online but has never seen in real life. When Sirpa's illness suddenly worsens, the man decides to go on a three-hour journey alone to visit her and finally watch "Titanic" together. The road to another town is full of obstacles for a blind man in a wheelchair, but Jakko only needs the help of five people on the way. What could go wrong?
